Coronavirus pandemic is hard for everyone. Stress is a common problem in this lockdown. Meeting with friends, going to our university, colleges, coaching institutions or offices were our life. Being social is a basic human need. But we all are locked in our home with the fear of coronavirus. High numbers of cases are increasing everyday and it is making everything worse. Nowadays it is hard to read newspapers or to watch television news. It is all boosting our stress.


We are getting to know about our loved ones that they got infected with COVID-19. And some of us have lost our family members. But it is very important to take care about our mental health. Because there is no health without mental health. Stress harms our time, energy and health.  But the question is how to keep ourselves away from worries and stress. So here I am giving three ways to manage your stress in this lockdown.

Exercise is a great way to look good and it helps us in being in shape. But exercise is not only for our physical health. Studies say that it also improves our mental health. If exercise is not part of your life then include it in your life. After that you will definitely feel the changes. It will make you happier. In the beginning exercise is quite difficult. But after twenty one days it will be part of your life. Exercise will increase your productivity level and it will make you energetic. It will also help you to reach your goal easily. 


But if we want to start an exercise the first question we get is what kind of exercise we should start with. So you can do anything like running, skipping ropes, Zumba, weightlifting and you can even do yoga. And if you don't know how to do it then everything is available on the internet.

Meditation can change our life. It gives us calmness. You can start with 5 to 10 minutes of meditation. There are several YouTube guided meditation videos are available. There are also a number of mobile applications for meditation. Guided meditation makes meditation easy.

Meditation makes us aware and it gives us a different point of view of seeing a situation. It increases our concentration level which will help us in every aspect of our life. 


Meditation is also helpful in so many illnesses like anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, cancer and heart diseases. So don't think too much and follow these simple tips in your life. It will definitely change your life and will make you happier.
